Gallery Support Associate - Detroit Gallery

Summary

Provide world class service to guests while maintaining equipment and facilities for the gallery. Support timely client ship outs, prepare merchandise for display, and assist with furniture movement and inventory processing to ensure an organized sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all client ship outs are sent within 24 hours of purchase
• Ticket merchandise in preparation for display on the gallery sales floor
• Organize movement of furniture on the sales floor and in the stockroom
• Receive and process shipments in a timely manner
• Manage inventory preparation and execution
• Maintain equipment and care for gallery facilities
• Support team to deliver a high level of guest service

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a similar field
• Enthusiastic team player with high energy and results driven
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
• Superior organization and time management skills
• Exceptional analytical problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 50 lbs using appropriate equipment
• Ability to maneuver around gallery floor stock room and office
