Requirements- College Degree or equivalent preferred.
- Retail Management or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume environment preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock/dressing room, and office.
- Ability to operate register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and travel.
- Proven track record of success in building positive relationships with customers and co-workers.
- Strong planning and time management skills.
