- Set up store environments to tell compelling brand stories.
- Achieve store shrink goals and maintain asset protection procedures.
- Direct execution of strategies supporting sales, marketing, and profit objectives.
- Establish and uphold store processes and procedures.
- Achieve all Key Performance Indicators related to customer experience.
- Manage selling expenses and achieve payroll percent targets.
Requirements- College Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of Retail Management Experience.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ability to build and maintain an environment consistent with RL lifestyle philosophy.
- Guide individuals toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and staff development skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
