Responsibilities

• Lead store business priorities, financial performance, and operational excellence, including P&L, expenses, and shortage.
• Deliver elevated customer experiences and champion omnichannel business strategies.
• Partner with merchants and cross-functional teams to address local market needs and grow the business.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and inspire colleagues while setting clear expectations and accountability.
• Represent the brand in the local community and build relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• At least 5 years of direct experience.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
