Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in furniture preparation decorative finishing or related craft
• Proven skill in fine surface preparation and detail oriented finishing work
• Understanding of traditional furniture craftsmanship and antique style aesthetics
• Proficiency with hand tools used in surface preparation and finishing
• Strong attention to detail precision and consistency across multiple pieces
• Background in luxury furniture fine arts or restoration preferred
• Portfolio or examples of previous craftsmanship work preferred
