Graduate Program Internship - Organizational Effectiveness And Talent Management

Summary

The Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Management Master's intern will support OETM and Global Talent on special projects, presentations, program development, and data storytelling while partnering with senior leaders and cross functional teams at corporate headquarters during a defined summer internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and finalization of presentations for an LVMH led HR program
• Utilize data to create compelling stories to support decision making
• Develop meaningful presentations and programs for large group meetings and senior leadership
• Conduct a special project relevant to OETM under director guidance
• Collaborate with OETM and Global Talent teams across departments
• Create materials and deliverables with strong attention to detail
• Support execution and delivery of program initiatives

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an MA or MBA
• Highly organized and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic proficiency in Excel
• High proficiency in PowerPoint
• Interest in organizational behavior psychology HR talent management change management communications or business strategy
