Group Director Fashion Aftersales Workshop Operations

As a Group Director of Fashion Aftersales Workshop Operations at Chanel, you will lead the daily operations of our repair atelier in Piscataway, NJ. You will collaborate with the Operations team and boutiques to ensure operational efficiency and team development, driving performance and fostering a positive working environment.

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Provide clarity and direction on team objectives and productivity goals.
• Facilitate ongoing process improvement through collaboration.
• Ensure continuous growth and development of the artisan team.
• Create and drive development plans and oversee annual reviews.
• Develop consistent policies for daily operations.
• Achieve lead time, productivity, and quality control targets.
• Drive results through effective goal setting and communication.
• Manage workshop budget and oversee administrative tasks.
• Oversee labor planning and ensure efficient repair flow.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of leadership experience, preferably in multi-level management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
