- Manage workshop budget and oversee administrative tasks related to daily workshop operations.
- Oversee labor planning and ensure efficient distribution of work and optimization of repair flow.
Requirements- Minimum of 5-7 years of leadership experience, preferably in multi-level management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams across different levels.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Onsite work in Piscataway, NJ.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
