Group Director Fragrance and Beauty Strategy and Distribution

As the Group Director of Fragrance and Beauty Strategy and Distribution, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the long-term strategies for Chanel's business model. You will be responsible for measuring key KPIs and providing strategic direction, analysis, and insights to support the company's overarching objectives.

• Analyze the US fragrance and beauty market annually and project future growth using external sources and financial reporting.
• Develop frameworks and models to support long-term strategic distribution projects.
• Lead the publication of key insights on Chanel’s distribution performance in collaboration with various teams.
• Stay updated on economic indicators, industry news, and consumer behavior trends.
• Identify critical issues and opportunities by analyzing the business environment and current status.
• Provide actionable insights and strategy recommendations to business partners.
• Support the development of materials and presentations for key priority work.
• Execute ad hoc analysis for strategic questions within the division.

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in retail, fragrance and beauty industry, consulting, or strategic finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; Tableau experience is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-paced environment.
