Summary
The Group Director, Organization Design and Change Enablement will shape organizational design and change practices within CHANEL's Organizational Development and Effectiveness Center of Excellence. This role develops scalable frameworks and enables leaders and teams to navigate enterprise transformation, with a focus on human-centered change and the impact of AI.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve organization design and operating model approaches across transformations.
- Develop reusable tools for organization structure, role clarity, decision rights, governance, and ways of working.
- Partner with Global to build change capability and support adoption across the organization.
- Advise and enable HRBPs, COEs, project teams, senior sponsors, and business leaders on high-priority transformations.
- Support culture and change efforts by interpreting employee listening insights and guiding action planning.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in HR change enablement and organizational design.
- Deep expertise in organization design and operating models, including spans and layers, capability-based design, and decision rights.
- Fluency in a structured change-management methodology, adoption measurement, change readiness, sponsorship, and manager enablement.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable tools and frameworks and guide high-stakes, cross-functional enterprise transformations.
- Strong facilitation, strategic advisory, and influence skills, including a clear perspective on how AI is reshaping organizations and work.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a master's degree is a plus.
