Summary

The Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across business functions. The role aligns workforce strategy, talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness with business priorities to support growth and performance.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into workforce strategies and advise leaders on talent, organization, leadership, culture, and change management.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, organizational assessments, design, and workforce planning.
• Coach senior leaders and strengthen leadership capability, talent pipelines, colleague engagement, and retention.
• Lead organizational change efforts and support college relations and early-career talent initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting complex organizations and senior leaders.
• Proven experience developing workforce and talent strategies and leading talent management, succession planning, organizational design, and change initiatives.
• Strong business acumen, analytical, communication, presentation, and executive coaching skills.
