Job Description

Summary

The Senior Group Director, People & Organization Advisory leads HR Generalists and Employee Relations Specialists delivering consistent employee support and effective case management. This New York-based role oversees service frameworks, escalations, team development, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR Generalists and Employee Relations Specialists, ensuring high-quality guidance and handling of complex employee relations cases.
  • Develop service standards, SLAs, triage protocols, escalation frameworks, tools, and templates.
  • Allocate resources according to case complexity and business needs, and manage leadership escalations.
  • Use metrics and data-driven insights to monitor service delivery and improve processes.
  • Share case themes and learnings with HR business partners and centers of excellence; support team knowledge sharing and upskilling.

Requirements

  • At least 12 years of relevant Human Resources or Employee Relations experience.
  • Experience leading people and managing HR Generalist and Employee Relations work for client groups.
  • Strong process design, service delivery, metrics development, and protocol improvement experience.
  • Ability to balance employee experience with process efficiency and operational excellence.
  • Bachelor's degree; master's degree preferred.
  • Ability to work in person at the New York City office at least three days per week.
