Responsibilities
- Assess opportunities and risks related to VIC client activity and engagement across the Northeast and develop market-specific strategies.
- Serve as primary advocate for boutique needs, partnering with boutique leaders and Client Development Managers to service Top Clients.
- Align local client development activities with broader US market strategy and advise senior leadership on recommendations.
- Plan and lead cross-market client events, experiences, and engagement initiatives to ensure best-in-class execution.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between boutique teams, regional leadership, and home office partners to drive continuous improvement.
- Travel frequently (up to 50%) and provide evening and weekend support for client events and boutique needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, client development, or strategic leadership roles.
- Deep familiarity with the Northeast luxury landscape, including established relationships across NY, Boston, Chicago, and DC.
- Proven ability to lead teams, influence cross-functionally, and manage high-impact projects from conception to execution.
- Advanced analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and experience translating KPIs into strategic proposals.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
