Responsibilities- Host spa sessions with facials, animate workshops with clients, and conduct virtual consultations.
- Prepare for events by participating in store rallies and showcasing new products.
- Cultivate loyal, lapsed, and new clients to contribute to store goals.
- Assist and prep for VIP events in-store, including presell and booking appointments.
- Maintain clean and luxurious spa kits, including linens, and organize seasonal car stock for stores.
- Embody and communicate Guerlain’s savoir-faire, heritage, and values.
- Ensure image grooming guidelines are followed and promote a client-oriented mindset.
- Maintain relationships with retail partners and motivate Guerlain and retailer teams.
- Promote Bee App and create awareness and user engagement.
- Conduct weekly zoom meetings with Education & Sales Team and submit T&E timely.
Requirements- Licensed Esthetician or certified by Guerlain Spa.
- Prior experience in the spa room and sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Achievement oriented with the ability to drive and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work in a retail environment with light lifting and standing at the counter.
- Flexibility to work weekends and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
