Summary
Provide exemplary customer experience and operational support across store functions including shipping receiving, stock room, cash office and administrative duties. This is a seasonal role with a maximum duration of three months focused on maintaining store operations and supporting inventory and vendor services.
Responsibilities
- Maintain supplies for office facilities and associate grooming products
- Work with accounts payable to ensure timely invoice approvals
- Support shrink reduction efforts and report violations per company regulations
- Coordinate accessories repair and engraving embossing services with external vendors
- Support inventory preparation and execution
- Process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to company standards
- Read and execute transfer shipping alteration inventory and shipping documents
- Execute cash office processes and maintain POS audit compliance
- Control and replenish supplies as requested by management
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience in support customer service or sales
- Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong time management ability to multi task and prioritize
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand walk and lift approximately 20 lbs
- Ability to pack unpack and move stock when supporting receiving and stocking
- Demonstrated passion for the brand and desire to grow
