Summary
The Guest Services Coordinator provides hospitality and concierge services within the store to enhance the client experience and support monthly sales goals. This role manages in-store food and beverage service, client communications, and assists sales teams to create a welcoming, high-touch environment aligned with brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hospitality services including food and beverage to clients while they shop
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients via phone and electronic communication
- Facilitate sales by connecting clients to appropriate sales professionals or processing transactions
- Support store operations including opening and closing tasks and maintaining front and back of house areas
- Assist with celebrity dressing, Marketing and PR event requests
- Coordinate product requests, transfers, deliveries and alterations tracking
- Provide floor support to other departments and maintain organized sales floor and fitting rooms
- Operate register and assist sales professionals to ensure smooth shopping experiences
- Participate in team initiatives and cover hospitality functions as needed
Requirements
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional personal presentation
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Proactive self-starter mindset with relevant retail or hospitality experience preferred
- Basic computer skills such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, move around sales floor and operate register for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb a ladder as trained under health and safety guidelines
- Knowledge of alterations procedures, pricing and shop dates preferred
