Summary
Provide exemplary customer experience and operational support across store functions including shipping receiving, stock room, cash office and administrative duties. This is a seasonal position with a maximum duration of three months. The role partners with store leadership to maintain supplies, coordinate vendor services, support inventory preparation and execute cash office processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain office facilities supplies and grooming products for associates
- Work with accounts payable to ensure invoices are approved correctly and promptly
- Support shrink reduction plan and report violations per company regulations
- Coordinate accessory repairs and engraving embossing services with external vendors
- Process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to company standards
- Read and execute transfer shipping and inventory documents including UPS and vendor packing slips
- Execute accurate cash office processes and ensure POS audit compliance
- Control and replenish supplies as requested by managers
- Assist with receiving stocking and inventory preparation tasks
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience in support customer service or sales capacity
- Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint; able to learn new systems quickly
- Strong time management multitasking and prioritization skills
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand walk and lift approximately 20 lbs and perform packing unpacking and moving stock
- Demonstrated passion for the brand and desire to grow within the company
