Summary
The Guest Service Coordinator delivers hospitality services to enhance the in-store client experience and support achievement of monthly sales goals. This role manages the Guest Kitchen hospitality, assists with client communications and concierge services, and ensures product presentation follows brand standards to create a high level of customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the client hospitality experience including food and beverage service in the Guest Kitchen
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with internal and external clients via phone and electronic communication
- Facilitate sales by connecting clients to sales professionals or assisting directly when appropriate
- Provide product knowledge and availability to clients and support store product requests and transfers
- Assist with celebrity dressing, marketing and PR requests and promotional mailings
- Greet clients, offer beverages, guide to departments and support sales professionals on the floor
- Prepare store opening and closing tasks and maintain clean, presentable front and back of house areas
- Coordinate with Shipping and Receiving and Alterations to ensure timely deliveries and returns
- Provide floor support across departments based on store needs
Requirements
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships
- High attention to personal presentation and detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Proactive self starter with relevant work experience preferred
- Basic computer skills preferred including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to operate register and stand or walk for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb a ladder as trained under health and safety guidelines
