Summary
Provide exemplary customer experience and operational support across store functions including shipping receiving, stock room, cash office and administrative duties. This is a seasonal position with a maximum three month duration focused on maintaining store operations, processes, and vendor coordination.
Responsibilities
- Maintain office facilities supplies and grooming products for associates
- Coordinate with accounts payable to ensure prompt invoice approval
- Support shrink reduction efforts and report violations per company regulations
- Coordinate accessories repair, engraving, and embossing services with vendors
- Support inventory preparation and execution including processing incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Read and execute transfer shipping alteration and inventory documents accurately
- Execute Cash Office processes and ensure compliance with POS audit requirements
- Control and replenish supplies as requested by management
- Provide process improvement suggestions to increase efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience in support customer service or sales
- Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint and able to learn new systems
- Strong time management multitasking and prioritization skills
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the brand and desire to grow within the company
- Able to stand walk and work shifts and lift approximately 20 lbs
- Able to pack unpack and move stock when supporting receiving and stocking
