Summary
Provide exceptional customer service to create a memorable shopping experience by supporting guests and assisting the sales team and back of house partners across multiple guest service areas. Perform front of house duties including greeting clients, assisting with purchases and supporting store presentation and operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in guest service areas including Call Center, Guest Kitchen, Sales Floor, Concierge and Administration
- Greet guests and assist with individual shopping needs and product location
- Process sales transactions and handle returns discounts tax and packaging according to policy
- Prepare food and beverages to client specifications and support the Guest Kitchen
- Prepare store for opening and closing including merchandise stocking and maintaining clean front and back of house areas
- Locate products complete transfers and arrange charge sends from other stores
- Provide floor support to other departments based on store needs and direct phone calls appropriately
- Maintain welcoming environment and demonstrate professional etiquette and brand respect
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year related customer experience preferably in luxury retail
- Detail oriented and highly organized with strong time management skills
- Ability to multi task and collaborate with team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated passion for the brand and desire for career growth
