Summary
Provide exceptional customer service to create a memorable shopping experience by supporting guests and the sales team across front of house and select back of house functions. Serve in various guest service areas including call center, guest kitchen, sales floor, concierge and administrative tasks while maintaining store presentation and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Assist in all guest service areas as needed including call center guest kitchen sales floor concierge and administration
- Greet clients assist with shopping needs and offer personalized service such as beverages and department guidance
- Locate products complete transfers and process charge sends from other stores and coordinate with operations
- Prepare store for opening and closing including restocking fronts and maintaining clean presentable areas
- Process sales transactions and adhere to return markdown discount tax security and packaging policies
- Prepare food and beverages to client specifications and support the guest kitchen
- Provide floor assistance to support departments based on store needs and ensure tidy fitting rooms
- Direct phone calls and questions to appropriate areas of the store and demonstrate product passion
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of related customer experience preferably in luxury retail
- Detail oriented customer service oriented and highly organized
- Strong time management skills and ability to multi task
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated passion for the brand and desire to grow within the company
