Summary
Provide exemplary customer experience by supporting store operations including shipping receiving, stock room, cash office and administrative duties. Manage supplies, coordinate vendor services, support inventory processes and assist with shrink reduction efforts to maintain store efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain office facilities supplies and grooming products for associates
- Work with accounts payable to ensure invoices are approved correctly and promptly
- Support and execute shrink reduction plan and report violations
- Coordinate accessories repair, engraving and embossing services with external vendors
- Support inventory preparation and execution and process incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Read and execute transfer, shipping, alteration and inventory documents and vendor paperwork
- Execute cash office processes and maintain POS audit compliance
- Control and replenish supplies as requested by management
- Assess store processes and provide suggestions for efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience in support, customer service or sales
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and aptitude for learning systems
- Strong time management ability to multi task and prioritize
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the brand and desire for career growth
- Ability to stand and walk for shifts and lift approximately 20 lbs
- Ability to pack unpack and move stock when supporting receiving and stocking
