- Set up and break down the service area daily.
- Provide perfectly poured beverages, including coffee, tea, and alcoholic drinks.
- Handle guest requests for in-room service and accurately enter orders in the POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables, guest rooms, and the rooftop deck while engaging with guests.
- Explain menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of common areas and dining spaces.
- Assist guests with inquiries about the property and connect them with appropriate RH associates.
- Restock products, glassware, china, and syrups; clean and sanitize the bar area; maintain beverage storage; and polish glassware.
Requirements- 2+ years of experience in the service industry preferred.
- Proper alcohol and food certifications as per state laws.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to state law.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience with Micros or a similar POS system.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to work standing and walking for extended periods.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various climates.
