Summary
HR Business Partner supporting Product and Technology Enterprise Architecture teams, partnering with leaders to drive talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and data driven HR solutions. Role reports to Senior Director of HR and works within the Technology and Product HRBP team in a corporate environment with hybrid work expectations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted partner to leaders at multiple levels and consult on people strategies.
- Coach leadership and provide guidance on organizational design and team effectiveness.
- Lead talent management activities and workforce planning to build strong talent pipelines.
- Use data and trends to identify and solve key people and business issues.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to implement programs and practices.
- Support change management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance and Talent Acquisition to manage labor budgets and hiring priorities.
- Manage multiple HR priorities in a fast paced, matrixed environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of directly applicable HR experience partnering with business leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred.
- Proven experience with organizational design and talent management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to apply data to HR outcomes.
- Ability to influence at all levels and build strong business partnerships.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
