Job Description

Summary

Senior Benefits Analyst responsible for analyzing managing and optimizing retirement health and other employee benefit programs. Acts as a subject matter expert partnering with internal teams and external vendors to lead renewals implementations and plan design enhancements while delivering data driven insights to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Own assigned benefit programs and resolve escalations
  • Lead annual renewals plan design changes and vendor implementations
  • Analyze plan data develop metrics reporting and strategies to drive participation and efficiencies
  • Interpret and administer programs in accordance with federal state and local regulations
  • Ensure plan documents and summary plan descriptions are current and accurate
  • Provide communications training and support for plan rollouts
  • Manage third party vendor relationships to ensure service delivery
  • Partner with HR Legal Finance and other teams to build solutions

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience managing large benefit plans
  • Bachelor's degree and or benefits or HR certification preferred
  • Proven experience managing vendor partners and implementations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex multi priority projects independently
  • Strong communication skills for presenting complex information to large audiences
  • Deep understanding of ERISA ACA HIPAA and other benefit regulations
  • Ability to live within commutable distance and work onsite four days per week
