Summary
Senior Benefits Analyst responsible for analyzing managing and optimizing retirement health and other employee benefit programs. Acts as a subject matter expert partnering with internal teams and external vendors to lead renewals implementations and plan design enhancements while delivering data driven insights to support organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Own assigned benefit programs and resolve escalations
- Lead annual renewals plan design changes and vendor implementations
- Analyze plan data develop metrics reporting and strategies to drive participation and efficiencies
- Interpret and administer programs in accordance with federal state and local regulations
- Ensure plan documents and summary plan descriptions are current and accurate
- Provide communications training and support for plan rollouts
- Manage third party vendor relationships to ensure service delivery
- Partner with HR Legal Finance and other teams to build solutions
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience managing large benefit plans
- Bachelor's degree and or benefits or HR certification preferred
- Proven experience managing vendor partners and implementations
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex multi priority projects independently
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex information to large audiences
- Deep understanding of ERISA ACA HIPAA and other benefit regulations
- Ability to live within commutable distance and work onsite four days per week
