Responsibilities- Provide full HR day-to-day support, including performance and employee relations management.
- Oversee performance management processes and conduct new hire check-ins, employee roundtables, and exit interviews.
- Develop people strategies focusing on talent acquisition, management, and development.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees on employment matters.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition to attract and hire candidates.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development, Compensation, Benefits, and Legal teams to meet HR deliverables.
- Conduct regular boutique visits and collaborate with employees at all levels.
- Manage key HR processes such as annual compensation and talent reviews.
- Lead talent review processes and compile presentations for the Executive team.
- Provide training and updates on compliance regulations and policies.
- Support data collection for Employee Visa and Immigration Processes.
- Partner with legal partners to provide support and data requests.
- Lead and implement strategic HR initiatives and local engagement initiatives.
Requirements- College degree in a related area, MBA or master’s preferred.
- HR Certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of US employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and consulting skills.
- Experience coaching mid or senior-level leaders.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Effective follow-through and strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; experience with SAP preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and identify key themes and trends.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
