Summary

The Head of Brand Merchandising, RRL leads brand and product merchandising strategy across Men's, Women's, leather goods, and shoes. This role shapes the RRL product narrative and develops commercially successful assortments that reflect the brand's identity and resonate with its target customer.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual and seasonal line plans aligned with brand positioning, financial objectives, regional insights, and channel needs.
• Create product briefs and pricing strategies, and analyze sales, market trends, and consumer insights to guide assortment planning.
• Partner with creative, design, production, and commercial teams to deliver the brand vision and ensure product development meets quality, cost, and calendar expectations.
• Lead product-to-market operational activities, maintain milestone adherence, and identify process efficiency opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience with luxury or premium brands and progressive apparel merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, negotiation skills, and product intuition.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and profitability and lead teams across functions.
• Working knowledge of retail math and merchandising systems or data analytics tools preferred.
• International market experience and the ability to make timely, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
