Summary
Lead regional IT operations for US retail wholesale e-commerce and corporate functions reporting to the Deputy CISO. Manage infrastructure applications vendor relationships and support offices and stores including network POS servers and endpoints while driving technology strategy and compliance with global IT.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global IT and local vendors on regional and global IT projects and system rollouts
- Manage regional data center partner VPN connections and oversee network between data center offices and stores
- Lead new office and store setups for network POS software and user support
- Evaluate procure and maintain POS and back office systems and train store personnel
- Perform server database maintenance backups monitoring and routine tasks
- Oversee IT purchasing budgets vendor relationships and invoice processes
- Support e-commerce platform contractors set SLAs monitor performance and troubleshoot
- Ensure ERP interfaces EDI processes and inventory support are implemented and maintained
- Provide technical support to regional employees and present high level information to senior executives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Knowledge of ERP systems preferably SAP
- Strong expertise in network equipment IT security and endpoint devices
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 products and solutions
- Experience with Windows servers middleware Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory preferred
- Strong verbal written communication and decision making skills
- Ability to work independently and build relationships with internal teams and global headquarters
- Willingness to travel as required
