Summary
Senior tech product owner responsible for leading the cloud based Master Data Management MDM program using Reltio and Microsoft Azure for the US region. Acts as primary contact for program roadmap governance cross regional integrations and executive communications while managing budget resource planning and vendor contracts. Role is individual contributor with hybrid onsite expectation in Manhattan and occasional presence in Piscataway NJ and light international travel.
Responsibilities
- Own tech product roadmap for enterprise MDM platform and translate vision into scoped deliverables
- Coordinate cross regional touchpoint integrations and ensure adherence to data flow rules
- Facilitate program governance from steering committee to product level governance
- Manage resource allocation capacity planning and budget steering including contracts and SOWs
- Oversee match merge configurations survivorship rules and hierarchy modeling with global counterparts
- Ensure service quality security testing and remediation timelines are met
- Drive decision tracking go live planning cutover documentation and change management
- Prepare executive level communications presentations and status updates
- Coordinate handoff between project and support teams to maintain delivery excellence
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in tech product management with MDM and data integration in retail
- Deep expertise with Reltio Microsoft Azure ETL APIs data lakes and data governance
- Proven experience with data quality metrics enforcement and data governance roles
- Experience managing budgets procurement vendor contracts NDAs SOWs and change orders
- Strong presentation storytelling and facilitation skills for executive audiences
- Knowledge of data privacy security and regulatory requirements such as GDPR and CCPA
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems Management or equivalent preferred
- Ability to collaborate with architects data engineers and CDP product managers for integrations
- Luxury global retail experience highly preferred
