High Jewelry Sales Assistant

The High Jewelry Sales Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the growth of the High-End business and enhancing the VIP client journey through meticulous attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset. This position involves assisting dedicated High Jewelry Sales Experts in preparing and executing bespoke appointments while maintaining the High-End product category within the boutique. The role requires a commitment to excellence, teamwork, and investment in the development of High Jewelry activities within the boutique.

• Prepare and assist in private viewing appointments with the High Jewelry Sales Team, ensuring all products and resources are ready.
• Support hospitality elements of appointments, including beverage service and lite bites.
• Interact with clients, providing exceptional service with courtesy and professionalism.
• Assist in managing client wishlists and capturing relevant notes on product interests.
• Travel to local boutiques, events, or offsite locations to support bespoke appointments as needed.
• Support strategic business actions, including follow-up on pending deals and assisting with client development actions.
• Handle client insurance valuation requests accurately and timely.
• Set up and break down High Jewelry product displays and conduct inventory counts.
• Partner with Visual Merchandising to ensure correct displays and with Operations to ensure all pieces are tagged correctly.
• Organize logistics for shipping and hand deliveries.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft software.
• Service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a strong moral compass.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and curiosity for the luxury industry.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
