Responsibilities- Prepare and assist in private viewing appointments with the High Jewelry Sales Team, ensuring all products and resources are ready.
- Support hospitality elements of appointments, including beverage service and lite bites.
- Interact with clients, providing exceptional service with courtesy and professionalism.
- Assist in managing client wishlists and capturing relevant notes on product interests.
- Travel to local boutiques, events, or offsite locations to support bespoke appointments as needed.
- Support strategic business actions, including follow-up on pending deals and assisting with client development actions.
- Handle client insurance valuation requests accurately and timely.
- Set up and break down High Jewelry product displays and conduct inventory counts.
- Partner with Visual Merchandising to ensure correct displays and with Operations to ensure all pieces are tagged correctly.
- Organize logistics for shipping and hand deliveries.
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft software.
- Service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a strong moral compass.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and curiosity for the luxury industry.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
