Responsibilities- Prepare and assist in private viewing appointments with the HJ Sales Team.
- Support hospitality elements of HJ appointments, including beverage service and lite bites.
- Interact with clients and provide exceptional service with courtesy and professionalism.
- Manage the client wishlist and capture relevant notes of the client’s product interests.
- Travel to local boutiques, events, or offsite locations with the HJ Sales Team as needed.
- Follow-up and report on pending HJ deals using the opportunity management tool.
- Assist with client development actions such as creating wishlists and booking reservations.
- Set-up/break down High Jewelry product displays and conduct inventory counts.
- Partner with Visual Merchandising to ensure correct displays.
- Understand and comply with all Cartier security and operational procedures.
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
- Available to work retail hours including weekends and travel as needed.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft software.
- Additional language skills (Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, and Arabic) are a plus.
- Flexible, adaptable, and maintains a strong moral compass.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
