Seasonal Sales Assistant

Summary

Seasonal Sales Assistant supporting store operations and sales during the holiday season at the outlet. Role focuses on delivering elevated customer service, assisting with sales transactions, and supporting visual merchandising and stock operations to uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Increase brand and product knowledge to support sales
• Support Sales Associates with ringing, selling ceremony and greeting clients
• Deliver exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and results
• Assist with clienteling and after sale service activities
• Manage stock and backroom tasks including receiving transferring and stock arrangement
• Conduct stock takes and reporting as required
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Run product from back of house to front of house

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience luxury experience preferred
• Proven customer service and sales skills
• Basic computer skills including retail sales system Word Excel and email
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Entrepreneurial attitude with ability to drive results
• Positive outgoing high energy personality able to thrive in a fast paced environment
