Summary
Support the High Jewelry Sales Team by preparing and assisting bespoke appointments, maintaining High-End product presentation, and delivering exceptional hospitality and client service within the boutique. Act as an ambassador of the Maison while supporting broader boutique operational needs and occasional travel to local or offsite appointments.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assist private viewing appointments and ensure viewing rooms are ready
- Provide hospitality during appointments including beverage service and lite bites
- Bring products to and from viewing rooms and manage client wishlists in the product catalogue
- Support follow-up on pending HJ deals and client development actions
- Handle client insurance valuation requests and assist with administrative computer tasks
- Set up and break down High Jewelry displays and conduct inventory counts
- Partner with Visual Merchandising and Operations to maintain product presentation and tagging
- Organize logistics for shipping and hand deliveries and support boutique operational tasks
- Remain up-to-date on High-End product range and industry knowledge
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail service or hospitality
- Educational background or commensurate experience in high-end retail or hospitality
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft software
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Excellent interpersonal communication and strong service-oriented mindset
- High discretion, situational and emotional intelligence, and professional presentation
- Knowledge or interest in High Jewelry, gems, and luxury marketplace; supplemental credentials a plus
