Job Description

Summary

Provide financial and administrative support for Home Delivery Center operations, assisting with preparation and processing of financial documentation, generating reports, and maintaining confidentiality. Work closely with senior leadership and Home Office partners to support audits and improve reporting and integrations. Periodic domestic travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process financial reporting and expense documents
  • Generate and analyze financial reports for internal use
  • Assist with audits by gathering records and documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive data
  • Collaborate with People and Finance teams and Home Delivery senior leadership
  • Design and develop scalable reports and integrations
  • Utilize daily and historical reports to ensure timeliness and organization

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience supporting leadership and teams in a luxury focused environment
  • Background in Finance or Accounting is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and Apple technology
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and discretion with sensitive information
  • Willingness to travel domestically on a periodic basis
