- Answer internal and external customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide administrative support for projects.
- Run daily reports and gather, maintain, and file all data and records for the Operations Department.
- Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Assume responsibility of departmental goals and actively participate in achieving these goals on a daily basis.
- Abide by all security policies and procedures.
- Ensure that the warehouse is consistently clean and free of debris.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements- 2+ years experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Basic mathematics and reading skills.
- Strong understanding of warehousing and distribution.
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including analyzing, interpreting, and addressing customer needs.
- Friendly, upbeat personality focused on providing excellent customer service.
- Flexible and quick to adapt to changing business needs and processes.
- Strong time management and multitasking ability.
