Distribution Center Associate

As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate receiving, storing, picking, put-away, and shipping of products to meet company standards of safety, security, and productivity. • Receive pallets to floor aligned by vendor to ensure accurate completed receipt by purchase order.
• Stage and load within outbound trailers as per shipping best practices.
• Ensure accuracy of load per best practices, including proper stacking of cartons.
• Ensure product is stored, put away, picked, and shipped accurately and safely.
• Comply with individual, team, and departmental productivity and performance goals.
• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety and complies with laws.
• Maintain a clean and debris-free warehouse environment.

• 1+ years of distribution experience.
• Basic mathematics and reading skills.
• Strong understanding of inventory flow.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to consistently lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Position requires prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
