Stock Associate - Ontario Mills

Summary

Provide back of house support for the Ontario Mills store, maintaining stockroom and sales floor standards, processing shipments and transfers, and assisting the sales team to meet customer expectations. Position reports to the Store Manager and requires flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays. Perform physical tasks such as lifting bending and climbing ladders as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company visual and cleanliness standards
• Support store team to exceed customer expectations
• Manage shipping and receiving of product deliveries
• Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Manager
• Process internal product transfers and client orders timely
• Prepare and execute cycle counts of product categories
• Prepare stockroom and sales floor for annual inventory
• Resolve inventory discrepancies corrections and adjustments

Requirements

• 1+ years retail experience with back of house focus
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational follow up and time management skills
• Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift up to approximately 50 pounds
• Ability to bend stoop kneel and climb ladders
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
