Home Delivery Associate

Summary

The Home Delivery Associate performs warehouse and delivery preparation duties to ensure products are inspected, organized, and staged for outbound delivery while maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. This role supports operational excellence through careful handling, processing returns, and verifying order accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Organize maintain and clean the warehouse space removing debris and packaging
• Unload label scan and organize incoming product
• Fully inspect products to ensure highest quality
• Wrap prepare process and load returns
• Verify items are correct in assigned outbound lanes
• Prepare orders for delivery and stage outbound shipments
• Demonstrate teamwork ownership urgency and attention to detail

Requirements

• Ability to lift and mobilize items of at least 75 lbs
• Must pass background screen
• Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership
• Ability to work in a fast paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow safety procedures
