Summary
Responsible for management of store inventory including receiving, ticketing, processing shipments and returns, conducting cycle counts and supporting bi-annual inventories while maintaining accurate records and inventory strategies to support store operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming packages and merchandise into store inventory the same day
- Print and ticket merchandise, returns and price updates
- Generate packing shipping transfers and RTVs accurately and maintain documentation
- Organize and participate in weekly cycle counts and bi-annual inventories and reconcile discrepancies
- Process and follow up on aftersales service and damages
- Maintain inventory levels for shipping selling and store supplies
- Work with store management to analyze business and replenish stock
- Develop inventory strategies to support the selling process and warehouse standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations; luxury retail experience preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi task with accuracy
- Ability to analyze information and problem solve
- Familiarity with internal systems and external shipping software programs
- Ability to follow written and verbal policies and directives
- Focus on asset protection and inventory control
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
