Inventory Control Specialist - Plaza Del Lago

Summary

Manage store inventory operations for the Plaza Del Lago boutique, including receiving, ticketing, shipping and returns. Maintain accurate records, support cycle counts and bi-annual inventories, and ensure adequate stock of supplies to support daily operations in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and merchandise into inventory on the day of arrival.
• Print and ticket merchandise, process returns and price updates.
• Generate packing, shipping transfers and return to vendor transactions accurately.
• Organize and participate in weekly cycle counts and bi-annual inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
• Process aftersales service requests and maintain related records.
• Manage inventory for damaged items and process damages appropriately.
• Order and maintain shipping, selling and store supplies.
• Support store management with inventory analysis and replenishment needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in operations; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task with accuracy.
• Ability to analyze information and problem-solve.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and external shipping software.
• Commitment to asset protection and inventory control.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.
