Home Delivery Lead - Boston HDL

Summary

As Home Delivery Lead, you will coach and mentor a team to deliver operational excellence across warehouse and home delivery functions, driving an elevated customer experience. You will oversee daily inbound and outbound operations, allocate labor, and support inventory control and associate development while maintaining safety and facility standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse in accordance with laws and policies
• Allocate labor and plan daily inbound and outbound workload for warehouse operations
• Complete records and reports accurately and in a timely manner
• Set and support department and associate-specific goals for productivity, quality, and development
• Participate in inventory control activities including cycle counts and achieving departmental goals

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment
• Sense of teamwork, ownership, urgency, and strong attention to detail
• RF scanning experience preferred and ability to learn and train new technology
• Experience training and coaching associates and strong communication skills
• Ability to operate and monitor equipment and lift items of at least 75 lbs; must pass background and drug screen
