Home Delivery Lead

Summary

The Home Delivery Lead will coach and mentor a team to deliver operational excellence across warehouse and home delivery functions, ensuring safety, efficiency, and an elevated customer experience. This role involves planning daily inbound and outbound workloads, monitoring inventory control, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor delivery and warehouse associates to meet performance goals
• Allocate labor and plan daily inbound and outbound workloads
• Maintain safety and compliance with federal state and local laws
• Complete accurate records and reports in a timely manner
• Participate in setting department and associate goals for productivity and quality
• Manage inventory control through cycle counts and daily activities
• Monitor operate and maintain warehouse equipment and machinery
• Train associates on new technology and operational processes

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment
• RF scanning experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with experience training and coaching associates
• Sense of teamwork ownership urgency and attention to detail
• Ability to learn and train others on new technology
• Ability to monitor maintain and operate equipment and machinery
• Must pass background and drug screen
• Ability to lift and mobilize items from at least 75 lbs
