Hospitality Ambassador - Waikiki

Summary

The Hospitality Ambassador provides exceptional, high touch hospitality to clients entering the boutique and supports the sales team by creating a welcoming luxury environment. This role manages floor traffic, assists clients with directions and transportation, and performs operational duties to maintain an effortless client experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients as they enter and leave the boutique
• Manage main floor traffic and determine client needs
• Escort clients to the appropriate floor or sales associate
• Provide bespoke hospitality services in collaboration with the sales team
• Assist guests with obtaining taxi or car service and support clients into cars
• Provide directions and local neighborhood information
• Demonstrate working knowledge of product categories
• Perform operational duties and other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Experience in a similar retail, concierge, or host role in high end environments
• Strong communication skills with a gracious and service oriented manner
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and stand for long periods
• High attention to detail and ability to anticipate client needs
• Proactive, calm, professional, and polite approach to customer service
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Interest in learning about product métiers, history, and art collection
