Hospitality Associate

As a Hospitality Associate at Ralph Lauren in New York, you will ensure exceptional luxury service standards and hospitality are consistently communicated to all customers. You will be responsible for supporting in-store client experiences and achieving monthly sales goals.

• Ensure clients receive the highest level of quality service in all points of contact.
• Deliver luxury shopping experiences and execute in-house hospitality services.
• Assist in the preparation and facilitation of marketing events.
• Support selling, service, and operations teams in delivering customer experiences.
• Maintain a pristine Guest Kitchen environment with attention to detail.
• Develop relationships with clients through hospitality services.
• Facilitate sales via phone calls or electronic communication.
• Act as initial contact for sales, service, or operational problem resolution.
• Support corporate and store-to-store product requests.
• Assist with celebrity dressing and marketing/PR requests.

• 1-3 years of prior relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
