Summary

The Host welcomes clients and helps create a seamless boutique experience at the CHANEL Oakridge Park Boutique in Vancouver. This full-time temporary role runs from October 1 to December 31, 2026, and supports boutique operations during the holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly, share relevant health and safety information, and help manage boutique traffic.
• Answer client questions, communicate expected wait times, and help make waiting and in-boutique experiences positive.
• Assist with transactions and prepare and stock Cash and Wrap stations as needed.
• Handle phone inquiries, document messages accurately, and deliver them promptly to Fashion Advisors and management.
• Support other boutique tasks as directed by management.

Requirements

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and a strong interest in client experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
