- Welcome and greet clients upon arrival, creating a positive first impression

- Introduce clients to Brand Ambassadors and facilitate personalized experiences
- Provide anticipatory service and exceed client expectations
- Offer curated tours and recommendations of the boutique
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of collections services and heritage

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail hospitality or related client-facing environment
