Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients upon arrival, creating a positive first impression
• Discreetly ascertain purpose of visit and direct inquiries appropriately
• Introduce clients to Brand Ambassadors and facilitate personalized experiences
• Provide anticipatory service and exceed client expectations
• Offer curated tours and recommendations of the boutique
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of collections services and heritage
• Use boutique technology and client management systems proficiently
• Manage boutique traffic and maintain an orderly inviting atmosphere
• Support special events and clienteling initiatives

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail hospitality or related client-facing environment
• Exceptional communication interpersonal and presentation skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and passion for flawless service
