As a Host at Osteria da Massimo Bottura, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and luxurious dining experience. You will manage reservations and contribute to the high standards of service excellence that Gucci is known for.

• Greet and escort guests with a professional and positive attitude.
• Answer incoming calls and provide appropriate service.
• Assist with the flow of guests in the dining areas.
• Tend to special guest needs and requests.
• Anticipate wait times and manage them appropriately.
• Ensure high-quality service by being observant to guest needs.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies.
• Maintain a clean work environment.

• 2+ years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Experience in a luxury environment is highly desirable.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with RESY or other reservation systems preferred.
• Professional grooming and appearance.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Client-oriented and solutions-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
