Summary

Seeking an engaging, service-minded Host to create an extraordinary first impression for guests at the Indianapolis restaurant. The Host will welcome guests warmly, guide them through their visit, maintain dining room organization, and represent the brand with elevated service and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and inviting experience and provide first class service at all times
• Greet guests promptly and graciously and guide them to their table
• Maintain quality curation and organization of the host stand coat closet menu display and dining room areas
• Serve as a brand ambassador by modeling personal presentation standards
• Engage warmly with guests and maintain knowledge of culinary and beverage offerings
• Partner with leadership to optimize seating flow and maximize guest experience
• Support business performance through attentive front of house operations

Requirements

• 1+ year of related guest facing or hospitality experience
• Legal authorization to work in the country at time of application
• Meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol and perform role duties
• Flexibility to work weekends holidays and variable shifts as needed
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50lbs using appropriate techniques
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
