Seasonal Greeter

Summary

Temporary seasonal Greeter to welcome clients, manage appointments and waitlists, and introduce clients to appropriate departments during the holiday peak. Role focuses on delivering high-touch customer service, building genuine client relationships, and supporting the store team in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Position is part time and intended to support increased holiday traffic with potential consideration for permanent roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients upon arrival and create a welcoming first impression
• Determine client needs and direct them to appropriate departments
• Manage daily appointment calendar and waitlist
• Coordinate with Client Experience team and store staff to ensure seamless visits
• Provide high level courtesy and integrity in all client interactions
• Maintain knowledge of store policies and procedures
• Act as brand ambassador and uphold company service standards

Requirements

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and a strategic sales attitude
• Professional presentation and client focused demeanor
• Availability for part time seasonal hours during the holiday period
