Summary

Serve as the first point of contact for guests at the restaurant, providing warm, elevated hospitality and managing the front-of-house experience to ensure guests begin and end their visit with exceptional care. Maintain organization of host area and demonstrate strong knowledge of the culinary and beverage offerings while supporting smooth seating flow and overall service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and graciously and escort them to their table
• Manage the host stand, coat closet, and menu displays to maintain a curated appearance
• Provide First Class Service and model personal presentation standards
• Engage warmly with guests and act as a brand ambassador
• Partner with leadership to optimize seating flow and maximize guest experience
• Assist with managing waitlists and guest inquiries
• Support service during peak periods including weekends and holidays

Requirements

• 1+ year of related guest facing or hospitality experience
• Legal authorization to work in the country of application
• Meet minimum legal age requirements for service roles
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50lbs using appropriate techniques
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
